At Ohio Mulch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure tracked delivery.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to your local carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
